Steps to track BGV status
- Open the dashboard
- Scroll to the BGP (Background Verification Process) section
- Check the candidate verification status:
| Status | Explanation |
|---|---|
| In Progress | Verification initiated but not completed |
| Pending | Verification not started or awaiting document submission |
| Verified | All checks successfully completed by the verification partner |
Click a candidate to view
- Documents submitted
- Verifier comments
- Flags (if any)
Admin tip
Set automated reminders for pending documents or escalations for overdue verifications.
