Hiring pipeline

HRStop Hire lets you configure the hiring pipeline for a job profile. The pipeline defines the interview rounds for the job profile. To configure the hiring pipeline:

1. Navigate to Jobs (in the menu bar).
2. Click the Add candidate drop-down for the job and click Edit. A new page appears showing different tabs.
3. Click the Hiring pipeline tab. The page shows fields to configure the interview rounds.
4. Add, remove and edit the interview rounds for the job profile.
5. Drag and drop rounds between Applied and Offer to control the sequence of interview rounds.
6. To configure a round's details (including questionnaires and attributes), click the Edit icon.
7. If you don't want to configure the interview rounds for a profile, you can copy the Master pipeline by selecting it in the Hiring pipeline tab (step 3). It is then configured by default.

All changes take effect instantly.
