What is the question pool in HRStop Hire?

The Question Pool, also called Question Bank, is a centralized repository of questions used in assessments. It allows recruiters and interviewers to build and manage reusable questions for consistent and efficient test creation.

How to access the question pool

  1. Go to Tools → Question Bank
    • Log in to HRStop Hire and navigate to Tools.
    • Click Question Bank to access the repository.

Key features

  • Categorized storage:
    • Organize questions by topics, such as Aptitude, Technical, Coding, etc.
  • Tagging & difficulty levels:
    • Add tags like "Java", "Data Structures", or "HR Round".
    • Set difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, or Hard.
  • Question types supported:
    • Single Choice
    • Multiple Choice
    • Descriptive/Text
    • Programming
    • Video Questions
    • File Upload
  • Search & filter:
    • Search by tag, topic, or difficulty for easy retrieval.

Reusability

  • While creating a new assessment, you can pull questions directly from the Question Bank instead of writing them from scratch.
